ABOUT DEVELOPMENT

Safa One is an apartment complex in the Dubai area that offers a choice of 1-bedroom apartments in Tower B and 2 or 3-bedroom apartments with a private pool in Tower A.

This project was created in collaboration with the Swiss jewelry company De Grisogono. The design of both buildings and the interior of the towers is based on the favorite stones of jewelry designer Fawaz Gruzi, the founder of the brand - emeralds and diamonds. The mirrored façade reflects the bright rays of the hot Dubai sun and lush green trees on every balcony of the skyscrapers. The windows offer views of Safa Park, the center of Dubai, the Dubai Creek canal, and the blue expanse of the bay.

In the three-story lobby, guests of the complex admire the showcases with jewelry and precious stones of the jewelry brand and mini-gardens inspired by Safa Park. Residents take walks and enjoy the coolness in the exotic catwalk park.
